Technician Service
My overall experience was a two star, but the technician is a 5 star once he got here. The first appointment was canceled on day of because the technician didn't have the tools needed to fix the dishwasher. The next two appointments were canceled, day of appointment, because there wasn't a technician available. And not being able to talk to a LIVE person is unacceptable!!!! No business should be 100% AI, especially a service company. I was considering purchasing a Sears Home Warranty but knowing it's AI only, Sears is no longer being considered!

Mark is a likable young man who is focused on customer satisfaction first and foremost. He asked me to describe my dishwasher issue, then he asked some clarifying follow up questions to narrow down the likely cause. He said that he is fairly new in this role, and he pulled down the specs for my exact machine to ensure his diagnosis (a broken intake valve) was correct. I found him to be transparent and trustworthy, and I would request him again next time.

Philip was our second technician and was both competent and knowledgeable. Our first tech arrived initially and stayed only 5 minutes, misdiagnosing the issue and ordered an unnecessary part. After installing that part on a second visit ~4 days later, that tech left after 5 min before checking if the dishwasher could run. It did not and I messaged him with no response. Philip came in on what was our 3rd tech trip a few days later, diagnosed it correctly and requested that the first tech (who had still left open the ticket) order the right part. Unfortunately, that first tech didn't order the right part (again) and on the return trip to our house, Philip saw the part we received was wrong and had to order the right one himself. On the 5th trip (after two weeks), Philip correctly installed the part and the dishwasher works again. We appreciate Philip's time, expertise and willingness to stay and get it right for us.
