Donald has worked on some of our appliances in the past, so it was nice to see a familiar face for this service call. Donald showed up on time and as always was extremely professional & courteous. Repairs were done correctly and we're happy with the service received.

Salvador arrived on time, listened to my update of the problem and started his repair activity in a timely manner. It took very little time for him to find the problem and fix the problem that was caused at installation in March 2022. Two hose connections were not tightened properly and finally loosened enough to allow water flow to the floor. Not a big deal but it still took a service person to remove the dishwasher and find the loose connections and reinstall the dishwasher. Salvador went to great efforts to align the dishwasher to its required position.
