I admit I was skeptical when scheduling this repair, as our local Sears store has been closed for some time. Having said that, I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. I was able to schedule everything via their online portal; from that point everything involving the repair was completely transparent including scheduling the repair, when the technician was enroute, updates regarding his arrival throughout the day, status of my shipped repair parts, etc…. Everything happened exactly as promised and on time. Super rare these days. I admit, the bill was a bit higher than I would have liked, but worth every penny in terms of time saved and efficiency. I hope none of my appliances break any time soon, but if/when they do I will definitely use this service.
