My servicer Mitchell was friendly and knowledgeable, he had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes and ordered the part to be delivered to me and returned once I received the part and made the repair, Excellent Service and Excellent Company

Well I actually had 2 technicians because Daniel the first guy discovered the problem Monday Dec 1 and a part had to be ordered. Once the part was delivered Gary was the tech that installed it today, Dec 4. Both gentlemen were superb, efficient, friendly and very polite. My dishwasher is now working like a charm. Thank you both Daniel and Gary. Job well done.

Mark Was very good, this is the 2nd tech we had but the 5th appt and if this was for the warranty service it would be different. He stayed long enough to actually test the machine on wash cycles and realized there was an issue with water draining and corrected that. IF the replacement part had a FLOW DIRESCTION on the hose it would have made the job much easier
