Israel was very thorough diagnosing our issues with our dishwasher. He worked hard, cleaned up his workspace, and was a pleasure to talk with as he worked. He was respectful of our time, our home, and our family. Even our dog enjoyed his company, and our dog doesn't like just anyone. It's stressful having an appliance fail right before the holidays, but Israel did his best and broke the bad news kindly.

Delray was wonderful. He made the first visit and quickly determined what the problem was. He ordered parts and came back. We then realized that previous owners had made it to where the dishwasher could not be removed. I had to hire someone to correct the problem and he came back later and fixed the problem. I thank him for his patience and professionalism.

Marcus was great. Sears was awful. They require you to block out the entire day. The first repairman was a no show after waiting all day with no updates and no cancellation. The second repairman updated me on his expected time first thing in the morning then again within an hour of arrival. So, Marcus gets a 5 star rating and Todd the no show gets a zero for wasting my time. Unfortunately Sears itself gets a 2. They have no customer service option. Their Ai phone service never gets you've a human and runs you in circles.
