Went above and beyond
I was running late and he was patient. The problem was bad wiring and previous installation. He jigged each wire and made sure it was in property after it was fixed. Despite him coming from 10 previous jobs that day!

Shyheim showed up today to fix my dishwasher. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and funny! He took his time going through the cycles , testing this and looking at that, not to find anything wrong! Whatever was going on with my dishwasher a couple of weeks ago, wasn't showing up tonight but you know what? It's all good! At least I know there's nothing wrong and Shyheim definitely put me at ease because he took his time to make sure that he tried it all before he left. I appreciate him for that!
