Dishwasher Repair
Marcus was great. Sears was awful. They require you to block out the entire day. The first repairman was a no show after waiting all day with no updates and no cancellation. The second repairman updated me on his expected time first thing in the morning then again within an hour of arrival. So, Marcus gets a 5 star rating and Todd the no show gets a zero for wasting my time. Unfortunately Sears itself gets a 2. They have no customer service option. Their Ai phone service never gets you've a human and runs you in circles.

Francis came on the third visit. Diagnosed the problem and ordered th part. When he returned to fix it the part we had received was broken. He ordered it again and fortunately he is the one who came to put it in. Disherwasher is worker. Francis was professional and knowledgeable. I Appreciated his attitude and work. Wish he had been the first. I feel my repair would have taken less time.

Pedro arrived with an apprentice on time. He evaluated the problem and determined that the latch had corrosion. He showed me what to do if latch does not latch properly. He did not feel it needs to be replaced at this time. Thank you!
