I was supposed to get my 2019 dishwasher replaced in 2020, but due to pandemic supply chain delays and Sears' inept record keeping, Arturo recently visited my home to put a bandaid on the appliance. He did his best with the worst defective dishwasher. A week later, the dishwasher stopped working, of course. How disappointed Sears and Roebuck would be in their once stellar company.

Very professional and honest. Sears could do a better job of showing up on time though. I had two appointments scheduled for an 8am - 5pm slot. Neither appointment was the technician available to speak with or interact with before 6pm. Tonight I waited until 8:10 pm when someone finally arrived. Please do better.
