It took three appts to complete the repair on my dishwasher. Somewhat disappointing when you you set aside time & then ends up as a no show. My time is valuable too. I hope that if your service is needed in the future the circumstances will be more efficient.

Very unsatisfactory experience with your company. Suppose to perform service Friday Dec 19. however no show, dispite message saying on the way and we were next stop. Called and complained. . Then scheduled for the 22 another no show. I Stayed home both days. Finally arrived today. Tech was good.
