Jim showed up promptly & quickly diagnosed the problem: I had accidentally hit the Lock button! No repair needed. He was kind. He also changed the filter. He gave me information on how to order new replacement racks (upper and lower racks) for my Sears Kenmore Elite Dushwasher installed in September 2017. Thank you, Jim!

He was very pleasant and worked very hard checking all options when was still leaking after replacement part was installed. He tried all options until found the one that got it running without leaking. He was a very nice and polite person.

Bryan was superb! He went straight to work testing everything and had my dishwasher up and running within minutes, this without ordering new parts or requiring a follow up appointment. A thorough explanation of the whole process and demonstration of removing the filters for cleaning. I was extremely impressed, especially since this was about my 10th service visit from Sears. I didn't think folks like Bryan even existed any more. If I could ask for him by name on my next service visit you better believe I dang sure would!
