Frigidaire dishwasher issue
Scheduling a service call was easy. Got updated text when technician was in route. Danny was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. Could not ask for better service.

Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable when providing the service. He explained thoroughly the process and diagnosis and provided excellent customer service. My initial experience with my Sears Protect Home Warranty was extremely disappointing due to the AI component where I was unable to speak with an individual to discuss the First Three (3) Attempts to have a Service Technician make it to a scheduled appointment with no reason provided. On the final attempt Bryan made it to my location and provide prompt efficient service that will now keep me as a customer in the program. Please acknowledge his performance for saving / retaining this customer relationship based on his excellent service!

David called in advance of arriving to my home, and his demeanor was pleasant! He completed the assessment of my issue in a very timely and professional manner, and he explained the reasons for it. Even though my issue could not be resolved due to pats nor longer being available, David thoroughly checked everything, and he provided a suggestion on what could be done when asked. Thank you!
