Brian arrived on time, took care of the work and left the area cleaned up. Pointed out the issues that need to be addressed on our end. The Service from Sears was absolutely the worst ever in the history of service. Cannot speak with anyone. Missed the original appointment 3 times. After the diagnosis and the parts were ordered, they cancelled the service and finally arrived on the 4th time. Had to move everything in and out of under the sink. Not use the dishwasher. Bogus times. Will not use Sears in the future.

Andrew was very friendly & thorough. Even though a diagnosis wasn't found he did give advice on a few things we can do to remedy the issue and if error codes still persist to video the codes as they happen and call warranty company back.

The Sears technician was professional and efficient. He repaired the dishwasher, cleaned the work area, and gathered all the old parts for me to dispose of. I'll run the washer later and hopefully everything will be good to go. Thanks!

Desmond has been the most professional and thorough service person to date. After experiencing an inordinate amount of service on this lemon of a dishwasher, Sears sent different service people who were not as diligent as Desmond. Although I still don't know what caused last problem of inability to start machine, I hope this is the last service call. Haven't been able to use dishwasher for a month. If I have to report a future problem, send Desmond.
