A real professional
Bill is a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, respectful of our property and very personable. He quickly diagnosed our dishwasher problem, ordered the parts we needed and in just a few days returned to make the repairs. I will ask for him by name should I need help with another appliance in the future.
