Service man Bret who did the repair was very good. Very friendly, appeared to be knowledgeable of the tractor and gave some helpful suggestions. However, Sears Home Service phone system was very difficult to use. An issue regarding a part for the repair was not delivered as expected and my efforts to contact a real live person to address the issue was extremely frustrating. Gotta review your phone referral system.

Difficult to manage on line appointment. The address was not correct - it stated location in CA instead of Idaho! Tried to edit on line but it was impossible. It certainly could be made easier. Gordon the repairman was outstanding and efficient
