He got my machine running again. He was unable to put the tire on because he didn't have his normal van plus, we were shorted one tire from Sears and had not received it yet back, but he did a good job.

Nothing but 5 stars for Tom. Why is the website not useful for scheduling? I have used your service a couple of times and never find the website useful. Always have to call, hold for 25 minutes and then be upsold on home warranty products which I always decline. Please make the website a useful scheduling tool or risk losing my future business
