Laymon finished the repair on my lawn tractor in short order. He has been a number of times over the last 9 years and the most knowledgeable and the best tech we have had. It is unfortunate that Sears will no longer provide protection agreements on lawn tractors. It is also unfortunate that the offshore customer service does not support their techs I rate 0 stars for them. They lie to customers when schedling. Their objective is to promise what they can't deliver and you can never get a supervisor or manager to demand accountability.
