Quick fix
The technician quickly located a simple repair when I thought it would be an expensive fix. He was able to quickly fix the mower when he came the second time to repair the mower.

Matthew, the repair tech did an outstanding job. My only issue is, having to wait so long for the original service call. Parts needed to ordered, they arrived the next day. However, the reschedule service date was more than over a week later. Hopefully, in the future, if repairs are need, the repair date will be more convenient!
