I did want to ask Andy why the lights don't work now. They always did. Maybe it's a quick fix I can handle but don't know the reason they are not working. He was very nice and efficient. Very pleased besides the inoperable lights.

Stephen was knowledgeable, courteous and worked efficiently even in 18 degree weather in the unheated garage! I would suggest to management that an immediate contact person be readily available by phone when an employee requires a supervisor override to order parts online. My service man had to wait for more than 50 minutes to get a response. That's ridiculous.
