George was great. Always polite professional and knowledgeable. I do, however have a complaint about the automated system. Your site is difficult to navigate and you have no "speak to a human" choice. You also have to clean and maintenance choice for mower service so I just had to pay for a repair service when it was just a preventative maintenance service call

The service guy, Kyle, was great. Dealing with scheduling and correcting my address was a nightmare. Difficult to get a living person on the line. The AI questions are not helpful in all cases. It needs work!!
