Tractor repair
A little late but service was ok. Throttle not adjusted properly

I had a broken side pole. because it needs extention. But due to electrical problems side bar got stuck and completly cracked in the middle. Tech said he do not touch that part, so i understood. So he could not do to much because after he left i had to change the side bar, so it is back in the same place as before.

Marvin was GREAT! Knowledable and pleasant. Your charge is RIDICULOUS for a 25 minute service call!!! Prorated that is about $500 an hour. Who gets that?????

Mark was hear on time no problem there but he could have a better personality not friendly at all we have a part that was ordered we wanted replaced but he didn't want to do it he claimed it didn't need to be replaced I already have it and paid for I think he should have replaced it.

Christopher was professional and could work on my mower next time. However, your computer for customer interface and scheduling sucks. It is next to impossible to get to a live person. I got the feeling you are trying to hide from the customer. This is reinforced as the e-mail receipt does not list a company address or city of operation.

I think it's not the Technician fault when the management is scheduling his route daily or managed by a computer sending messages of estimated time that is not real, when hours pass and no show up. scheduling from 8 to 5. I think it's wrong having people waiting all day for the visit. too many reminders to the schedule but failure of shown up on estimate time from 9.55 to 11:30 Am but show up at 6.20 Pm
