Brent was excellent, obviously expert in his craft. He was thorough and complete. Also very easy to deal with and very informative. The only complain, is our appointment was confirmed for the original date, however, no one showed up and no phone call or message came until late the next evening.

Bruce did the best he could. The customer service person did not listen to what my problem was. She was too busy reading from a script and trying to sell me products. I knew EXACTLY what I needed done. Did not need diagnostic. I needed the tech to bring 2 12 volt batteries for the model # I gave. I wasted all morning waiting n he came with no batteries. Very disappointed in your customer service department.

The technician excellent but, the truck had no supplies for repairs, was completely empty, every shelf. He only had his tools.

The technician did a great job. This system needs to more consumer friendly. Sears has no way to contact customer service directly. You have to go through numerous button pressing on the phone until you reach a final recording that tries to sell you some type of service and when you don't respond the call ends! The service technician is great. Sears needs to have some real people to answer questions!
