Chris has been servicing my equipment for many years . He always arrives with a smile on his face . Whenever Chris starts a job on my equipment I am sure it will be completed and my items will be running properly when he leaves . , If Chris ever does decide to retire , he will be sorely missed . This is one tech with a positive "can do" attitude .

Very nice man. Performed lube and oil change and mower deck belt change as requested. Did a great job on that. I mentioned the engine was running rough at idle. Not sure what was done for that because it still idles rough. I'm going to try to replace the fuel filter myself since that could be a possible cause of my problem. I regret that I didn't point out to him that idling was still rough before he left, Craftsman Riding Lawn Mower with Kohler engine.
