I have no complaints with the service tech. I was very disappointed that you are no longer offering a service agreement for lawn tractors. Seems like companies are caring less and less about the customer.

I bought my craftsman lawn rider in 2007. Every Year in the spring I would call Sears to Tune it up. I needed it to run properly and I always got tremendous service. It is an easy machine for me to operate. Keep giving customers the great satisfaction.
