Jarvis has been working on our tractor lawn mowers for years, except for two times when we got a much inferior technician. When Jarvis comes, you can bet that he will do everything that he says he will do , and do it well. In addition to that, he often times finds things that need to be done that we didn't notice. He fixes them and keeps our tractor in Tip Top condition. I hate the AI scheduling system because we never have a chance to particularly request Jarvis to do our work. There's no way to talk to an actual human being.
