Stuart was very punctual and came on time. He is a professional that knows well his work and has been always like this through most of the years that we have the tractor under Sears Master Protection Agreement. We are really very satisfied.

From my research I expected that my tractor was not repairable due to a failure in the transmission for which there was no repair or replace option. The technician, Dave, tentavely agreed however he still proceeded thru all the possible steps to assure both of us that our initial assumptions where correct. By the time he left I was 100% confident of Dave and our conclusions.

He showed up within the window of time provided and called after his last stop to let me know he was on his way. All requested service, oil change, lube, oil filter, fuel filter, tire pressure, changed my blades and removed the debris under the mower deck and ended with a power wash, all done within a 45 minute window. Now my Craftsman 46" ride on mower is running like a new machine. I was able to get a 25% credit because I have the Sears Home Appliance Warranty. Highly recommend.
