I've been a Loyal Sears Customer for over 40 Years. The automated Customer Service is Awful. Impossible to get someone live. Mark is the Only Reason I haven't ended this relationship.

Alan has kept my old Craftsman running for years. Whenever something breaks or wears out Alan comes to the house and quickly diagnoses the problem and provides the fix right in the driveway. Faster, easier and cheaper than taking tractor to repair shop!
