Excellence is a Rare thing These Days
Andy is all professional and gets the job completed efficiently and quickly!!! The Company definitely has made a wise choice having him as an employee especially when he repeatedly completes tasks with high levels of excellence. Plus, it's icing on the cake with his respectfulness and kindness which is a rare thing these days! The only rating you have is a 5, which really isn't enough for Andy's level of customer service, it should be a 10 !!!! Please give him compensation for his years of excellent service! Ben is very professional, knew exactly what was wrong and made repairs. i would highly recommend him to anyone. i cannot say the same for the customer service call center. took 3 calls to get an appointment for service. As far as Ben goes you got a winner.
