Cass did a great job in completely explaining and offer suggestions. My tractor is 31 years old, and the part is not available. I would prefer to have Cass service my tractor repairs in the future. Can I request him in the future?

Due to no fault from Doug! He was out here 3 times! This was ALL because of the "Customer service specialists" at Sears don't know what they are doing! Their customer service is the WORST! Mr. Doug was patient, and understood what the problem was! It took Sears over 1 month to "find" the part...I contacted the local contractor who does most of the work...I was told that they had suspended doing work for Sears because they had NOT been paid! BTW..They found the part in about 2 hours!! My parents have been customers for OVER 50 years, I guess that makes no difference! No wonder they went Out of business!!
