Riding mower repair
I had a bent arm on my deck which resulted in mower inability to properly cut grass. Lawrence arrived ready to make the repair. Lawrence took his time to replace the part and ensure the mower was now cutting properly. I am highly satisfied with the results

I found Daniel to be a very pleasant person to deal with. He was very competent with the work he performed on my craftsman mower and finished the job professionally and in a timely manner. I would hope if I needed services again he would be the person to do the job.

Due to no fault from Doug! He was out here 3 times! This was ALL because of the "Customer service specialists" at Sears don't know what they are doing! Their customer service is the WORST! Mr. Doug was patient, and understood what the problem was! It took Sears over 1 month to "find" the part...I contacted the local contractor who does most of the work...I was told that they had suspended doing work for Sears because they had NOT been paid! BTW..They found the part in about 2 hours!! My parents have been customers for OVER 50 years, I guess that makes no difference! No wonder they went Out of business!!
