Mowe repair
Gary was a great technician. However getting the service scheduled was an absolute nightmare. I originally booked the service in late April and had the mower appointment on May 15th. Unfortunately the first technician couldn't complete the service. We rescheduled a second service on or about May 31st. Sears rescheduled this appointment to the second week of June without informing me. I wasn't going to be available at that date so I needed to reschedule and the earliest appointment was July 10th. I went on the site yesterday and the appointment was cancelled without notifying me. I spent 3 hours trying to get ahold of someone but the automated service doesn't give you the option to talk to a live person . Somehow I finally got ahold of a person in India that booked the appointment. Unfortunately when Gary came today he could not reference the notes from the previous technician. This has been one of the worst customer/support experiences of my life. From the time my mower broke down to the time it got repaired was almost 3 months. So not only did I have to pay sears $600 for the repair, I've had to pay a landscaper approximately $700 to cut my grass in the meantime.
