craftmans lawn tractor service
On 8/8/23 I had my 20 years ago craftsman's lawn tractor serviced by Frank. Great Job by him! He was very friendly, professional, very informative. As we spoke, he worked along and did his job. we both found we had something in common, our old stomping grounds which made the time go by faster. All work completed in a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend Frank and Sear's Repair to anyone. Great Job!! Mike K.

Francis was fantastic!! He not only fixed my riding mower but he explained different things about the mower. He answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and shared a lot of knowledgeable information. If all of Sears technicians are like this tech, then they are #1 in my book.

Ron was very professional even when I got upset about length of time it took to get a service rep to my home. When started to explain even a longer wait I was fuming. He handled this very professionally explaining why the wait & what could be processed today. He also noticed the old door opener previously replaced setting on the floor. He asked if it might have parts inside, I didn't know, but allowed him to look. He found a brand new part that he needed in the box. I said great! Fix my opener Ron, which he did. Bless him for taking the extra step.
