The repair was excellent and fair priced. The repairman was very nice and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing ! I would not hesitate to use him and Sears repair service again!

On 8/8/23 I had my 20 years ago craftsman's lawn tractor serviced by Frank. Great Job by him! He was very friendly, professional, very informative. As we spoke, he worked along and did his job. we both found we had something in common, our old stomping grounds which made the time go by faster. All work completed in a very reasonable time. Francis was fantastic!! He not only fixed my riding mower but he explained different things about the mower. He answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and shared a lot of knowledgeable information. If all of Sears technicians are like this tech, then they are #1 in my book.
