So knowledgeable and friendly ... he fixed up my lawn tractor & snowblower in a timely fashion. Great guy! My only issue is with the Sears scheduling ... sure would be nice if you could narrow the arrival window ... I was given a window of 8:00 - 5:00 which meant a full day out of work

Technician experience was favorable and tractor is working well however, the ability to pull in the repair appointment date failed. The Tech advised us to call the 1 800 number when we received all the parts needed for the repair , which we did. And were told a Tech would reach out to us to improve the repair date within 72 hours. We did NOT receive a call back at all. This weakness in your system to improve appointment dates when all parts are delivered, is unacceptable.

Frank was here early in the day. He evaluated the problem. He was very quick in his repair, had everything he needed in the truck. I hope we do not have any more breakages from hitting things, but if we do I hope Frank will be available to fix the tractor.
