Benjamin, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to determine the cause of my mower problems (there were a few). It was extremely hot and he never even alluded to wanting to complain. He has serviced my lawnmower previously, both in 2022 as well as earlier this year. He is unfailing kind and friendly.

So knowledgeable and friendly ... he fixed up my lawn tractor & snowblower in a timely fashion. Great guy! My only issue is with the Sears scheduling ... sure would be nice if you could narrow the arrival window ... I was given a window of 8:00 - 5:00 which meant a full day out of work

Technician experience was favorable and tractor is working well however, the ability to pull in the repair appointment date failed. The Tech advised us to call the 1 800 number when we received all the parts needed for the repair , which we did. And were told a Tech would reach out to us to improve the repair date within 72 hours. We did NOT receive a call back at all. This weakness in your system to improve appointment dates when all parts are delivered, is unacceptable.
