The technician was courteous and helpful. He seemed to detect the problem in short time. Also cleared up why Sears did not replace tractor battery as was expected and done in passed years. I was a bit upset that the previous repair visit was originally cancelled at the last minute and this appointment so far off. Had to purchase another lawn tractor to keep 2 acres of grass under control while awaiting teacher repairs.
