Allan arrived in the first hour of the two-hour window he set six hours earlier. He was careful to keep in service parts which have more useful life. Allan was able to repair the mower deck quickly on the first attempt to do so, relying just on his first-hand knowledge. He answered my questions easily. Allan is a good representative of the company and I would be pleased to have him work on my equipment again.

As usual, Jarvis did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and I have always trusted him when he services my lawn tractor. He was the one who always came for my maintenance with sears. I was really glad he was still the one who is doing the service. Whenever I have any questions he answers so I understand his answers. I can highly recommend him
