Robert was the absolute best!! Diagnosed and repaired problem quickly and efficiently. Took time to explain proper operation of tractor to me and patiently answered my questions. Give him a raise!! Allan did a good job but your communication system is horrible. I was trying to get a hold of someone all day yesterday and it was impossible. You need to improve it so if we need to speak to an actual human being you can. Everything can not be resolved using AI.

Gary is so knowledgeable and detailed oriented. He really went above and beyond when servicing our riding lawn mower. He followed up with us on a few occasions to see if the parts arrived and explained everything about maintaining it. I would highly recommend him!
