John was excellent, but the Sears service was awful. Parts were backordered and then when they finally came in and I was able to reschedule my appointment, Sears rescheduled it for a later date. All in all it took 2 months to get it fixed. But, like I said, once John came to fix it he was professional, polite, and did great work.

David immediately diagnosed the issue with the tractor/mower and set about solving it. When he called to confirm the appointment, I mentioned that the machine had old fuel in it. When he arrived, I had replaced the old fuel with fresh, new fuel so it was a matter of checking the intake, carburetor and spark plug. David performed a very thorough inspection and cleaning of the system and the engine now works like new.
