Scott was totally competent , professional and friendly. He had to go to a serious extra effort to obtain the correct part the carburetor. The vendor sent the wring one and it was also defective. Anyway the tractor runs now as good as when it was new. My thank you to S cott for the extra effort. A valid 5 out of 5.

David was on time per his text. Davide listen to what I thought was the problems with the riding mower and push mower. He went right to work on the mowers and when he finished, he tested the equipment. David was very polite and efficient.

The tech, Marty was great. Friendly, professional and fixed my problem. Hate the system though, can't talk to a human to ask questions, arbitrarily cancels appointments, the payment system doesn't always work.
