Sears tractor overhaul
Absolutely the best tech I have ever had come to my home. Recommend him very highly!

The technician was great. Very professional. Would have him back anytime. The parts are another matter. We had to wait five weeks for it. Called several times. Took forever to get to talk to a person. On 12/5 6:30pm I talked to Jean. She said she would pass on the message and some one would call me back in 24 hrs . She said part was on order. Six days later, still no call. On 12/11 3:51pm called back talked to Abraham. He said the part was ordered on the 8th and that we should call in when we get the part. I don't know how the part could have been ordered when I talked to Jean. But Abraham said it was ordered on the8. They need to get there stories straight. Very disappointed I'm that. We're 73 &76 years old and we had to lift up a heavy door every time we went in & out. My husband is recovering from shoulder surgery and it was hard on him and I. So we weren't happy with the long wait on the part!!! Serviceman was great!!

Service was excellent and Daniel found the problem with the mower and fixed it. He did good job changing the oil, grease and changing plugs and checking belts and blades. I have used SEARS HOME SERVICES for Manu years and have found your service to be very good. Thank you.
