George was great!! He was pleasant courteous and professional. He was on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my snow blower and fixed it in a matter of minutes. Also he reviewed with me how to properly maintain my snow blower to keep it running properly. He was wonderful. He is truly an asset to Sears.
