Technician George came to diagnose my riding mower. This is my second time working with George he knows absolutely everything about anything mechanical. My tractor which I've had for 20 years had no energy, was moving very slow. George quickly diagnosed the problem explained why it was performing the way it was and fixed it, saving me thousands of dollars over the replacement cost of a new machine. Now it works *better** than new. It was also quick and efficient scheduling the service online you can bet I'll be back.

The AI Sears software left us reserve a service appt in the winter to service our riding mower. When the serviceman arrived, he let us know that it was a mistake and they weren't servicing mowers until Spring. Thankfully Stephen took a look anyway and diagnosed our problem. Aside from Sears messing up with the AI software, I was very happy worth Stephen's service call.
