Oscar is The man what I'm writin Below has nothin 2do w/him
Oscar is wonderful he's been helping me for years. I am very disappointed to hear that you guys are not going to service our riding lawnmowers with our warranty that we pay for my warranty never lapsed and never let cancel and you guys will not let me renew that is extremely unprofessional when you guys said that you would cover the protection for 15 years and my lawnmower is only about eight years old, I only use your services probably one time a year. I don't understand how you guys could do this to us. Please let us keep our warranty.

What is a 69 year young woman going to do when my riding lawn tractor contract ends in March 2024? I understand that sears will not be offering the contract anymore for riding lawn tractors.
