The technician did his job OK. However he took three pieces of parts that was ordered that he didn't use I would like to know if I'm entitled to a refund or is it that he ordered parts that was not intended to be used on my project. Please respond. He ordered 5 new parts he only used 2 the rest he packed and took with him I'm wondering if he used my warranty to order parts for his own benifit

The tech arrived on time and performed the repair work quickly. Replaced the switch knobs and tested the counter top in front of me, before checking out. He used shoe covers in the house that I respect I lot.
