Bill was very knowledgable and professional. A true expert with his work Bill was able to complete the repair by himself what stated to require a two man job. The first technician that ordered the parts was a green pea that stated two technicians were needed which in term made me wait over a month to resolve the repair. Very bad customer service from the first technician. Excellent service from Bill!

I was considering rebuilding a working Jenn Air counter top stove unit or buying something new to replace it during a kitchen update. Turned out Mark examined the unit and the cost to update the old piece was more than a new one. I thought the cost to have Mark come and do the survey actually saved me money . There was no pressure to have the old unit rebuilt so now I'm off looking for something new.
