Mr. Daniel was courteous and polite. He arrived in the timeframe that was set. I appreciated his patience when he came to removing my stove top… It wasn't easy, but he was able to fix the problem and he put everything back as he found it. He paid very close attention to detail. The gentleman that came today has been here and couple of times because my oven broke 2ce. He is extremely Professional and Courteous. He knows exactly how do to his job. We are very pleased with his services. The Young Man that came yesterday on 2/12/25 did not know how to repair the oven because he wasn't yet trained on how to repair a gas oven. He was also very Polite and Courteous.

Unfortunately, we waited all day on our first appointment only to be told at 5:00 that the tech wasn't coming. Fortunately, Kevin came early the next day, totally replaced my stove parts very quickly and efficiently. Kevin saved your reputation. He is very competent and professionally.

Very happy with the service called in the afternoon and was able to get Service within 24 hours. Kudos to THOMAS for a quick diagnosis and problem-solving repair visit. Very experienced and professional would highly recommend his service again. Excellent customer service.

The tech was great. The service that Sears offers is awful. The communication stunk. They gave me a time frame 8-5. Appt started at 7:15. Got a call from a rude woman at 2:30 offering a pitch to buy a warranty and then said tech will be there at 2:48. Yea 5 hours later. Sears communication sucked
