Very knowledge and professional. The worst part about the experience was out of his control and thats the exorbitant pricing sears charges to change a range knob. Almost $500. Crazy!

Pierre was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to run up to the store to get a sealant that was necessary for the gas connector. He went out of his way to fix it correctly and not expose our family to a gas leak. We are so appreciative! He was careful to avoid damage to our counter while removing and replacing the stovetop. He was also patient when we couldn't understand some of his accent.
