Friendly, Courteous and Efficient
We remembered Joanna from her repair on our built-in refrigerator. Like then, the service was completed quickly with no drama. Joanna is a great asset to Sears Home Repair.

Very pleased with the service provided by Willie. He texted letting us know when he would arrive. Upon arrival he introduced himself and ask what was happening to my applances. After talking just a few minutes he had a good understanding what my problem was. He explained what and why he was checking certain parts. In my opinion Willie knows his job well. He informed us what he was ordering and said when he'd return. Sears has a good and valuable employee in Willie. I can't say enough good about Willie.

Joseph was on time and did what he could do and arranged for a total replacement of my stovetop. My only concern is the amount of time to receive the new stovetop because it took a year to get a replacement for my microwave which for three months it sit on the kitchen floor because you can not find anyone to install it, welcome to my world.
