Jerry came in and went right to work. As stated above he was very efficient and professional. Assessed the problem and started the process to replace an unrepairable appliance. The surprise was that he and Munson recognized each other immediately; they had been members of the same small church several years ago.They shared good memories of fellowship during Jerry's time at my house.
