Don provides exceptional customer service and brings years of experience with repairing appliances. He communicates about the process and he is extremely knowledgeable, reliable ,and dependable. Experienced technicians like Don are rare, he will always come on the scheduled day which isn't always the case It is greatly appreciated when time is taken off busy schedules and work to be there for the appointment He is the primary reason I have the Sears Protect Home warranty
